Vintage 1970s JC Penney Navy & White Double-knit Poly Piping Trimmed Blazer

Love a good navy/white combo!! The piping on this is "chefs kiss* 1970s JC Penney navy polyester knit blazer with peppy white piping has the BIGGEST damn lapels I think I've ever seen! Be careful not to blow away on a windy day! Vintage blazer is in good condition; one small discoloration on inside hem as shown in pic.
