Prisoner, uniform with flaw, please read

This is a really cute prisoner, costume for little boys or little girls. It comes with the hat, the top and the pants the flaw that I'm talking about is a rip in the back of the pants right at the scene it could be sewed up and there's like some where it pulls where somebody too big put it on. It's got little marks going up and down. Look at the last two pictures and you will see the hole and the little stretchy pulled lines. I do not know the size of this costume. There is not a tag in it so I will put measurements next. PTP is 14" length is 20.5 inches pants waist is elastic not stretched- 8" stretched is 14" inseam is 19 inches.
