Vintage Fossil Blue Digital Analog Dale Earnhardt Engraved Watch Rally Strap

Vintage Fossil Blue digital analog "Dale Earnhardt" engraved watch with rally strap. Watch has a silver-tone case (appears to be stainless, but not marked) with a black analog dial with luminous hands and digital display for day and date. The dial is marked, "Fossil Blue, 100 Meters." The screw-down caseback is engraved, "Dale Earnhardt, Time may change but the man remains the same, 1951 - 2001." There are no other markings on the caseback, so I'm not sure if this was at issue by Fossil or someone merely had the Fossil markings removed and had it engraved (my guess is the latter). The watch case measures approx. 38mm across excluding the crown, and the total length of the watch and rubber (resin?) rally strap is approx. 9 1/2" (maximum wrist size of approx. 7 3/4"). Watch is in good condition with a visibly clear crystal and minimal wear to the case. I can see one tiny nick in the crystal through a jeweler's loupe (10X magnification), but it is not visible to me otherwise. There are a few scratches on the caseback (one through the engraving).
