3 for $12! Zoogs Kid Dinosaur Rain Boots Size 3

Zoogs Kid Dinosaur Rain boots Size 3 These boots are in excellent condition minus the spots on the bottom of one boot. I honestly think it’s melted marshmallow. I did clean them but I couldn’t get that area clean! Please comment with any questions!
