Vintage Brooch, Original by Robert, 50s, Gold Tone, MCM, Pendant, Woven Mesh

This is a lovely and ornate "Original by Robert" brooch / pendant. The tiny details in it are stunning. The center is a glass cabochon that mimics green only. It is framed with twisted and woven mesh circle. Little gold tone leaves frame the outside. Tiny cabochons are prong set. Wear the as a brooch or slip it onto a chain from the bail in the back. Unique piece! Fashioncraft Jewelry was started in 1942 by Robert Levy, David Jaffee and Irving Landsman. Landsman left the company in 1960 and it was renamed Robert Originals. The company continued operations until 1979.
