It's new w/o tags. I purchased it hoping I would lose enough weight...did not. Classic navy, red, and white stripe. Gold nautical buttons. Beautiful knit-could easily take into fall! Shoulder ate slightly padded. Sleeve length from inseam to cuff approx 25.5 in
