WHBM - cute light weight jacket with ruffle detail

This is really an adorable jacket! I purchased it for myself, but every time I wear it, I feel like the color washes me out, just not great with my coloring. He it is lightweight and has a cute feminine ruffle detail in the front, which gives it just a little bit of flair. You can roll up the sleeves or leave them long. This jacket is perfect for spring or summer evenings! Size 6 Excellent used condition - I’ve only worn it a few times.
