All items I sell are newest versions of the items and come directly from the manufacturer as they would to any local Ulta or Sephora. If it is factory sealed it came that way. If it is not sealed, then they do not factory seal. Redken, OUAI, Paul Mitchell, living Proof and many more DO NOT factory seal with the exception of Liter Sized Products most of the time.
