Runs a little small. If you are in between a medium and a small it may be snug in the hips. That's my issue.

@suehennelly9 Hello, nothing on the website or on the vest indicates that it is "featherweight, so I cannot say for sure. The vest itself weights less than a pound (12.6 oz). There are 2 front pockets, 5 pocket pockets inside (some with little within those pockets and the back has a big pocket, so 8 pockets. I hope that helps.
