Hazel Atlas Capri blue swirl bowls

See pics for measurements of each. The smaller bowl and a spot like maybe ink. See pic. I was not able to remove it. The color seems to go from clear to the blue when the bowl moves but blue when stationary. Unusual. Unmarked Hazel Atlas. Vintage
