Top is inverted microfiber material, bottom is leather. Microfiber is a material that forms to your body. Black strap with shiny buckle around the ankle and zipper on inner side of boots. One zipper needs a new puller but zipper works fine Stacked heel. No box is available but the dust bags are included.
