Vintage Murano Glass Heart Shaped Aqua Blue Pendant with Glass & Faux Pearl Bauble Necklace, with Gold & Silver Specks in heart. Has 2 glass leaves flecked with gold tone. Heart is imprinted/stamped on back: MURANO GLASS , as shown in photo Woven 18”-20” brown leather cord, and gold tone accents. Has some weight to it as it is made of glass. Weighs 185 grams. In very good condition, the back of one of the pearls shows a worn flake as shown in photos, but doesn’t show when worn.
