Mini has been opened to reveal the mystery item inside but has not been used or created yet. Some of the ingredients may no longer be packaged within the original packaging (meaning- some ingredients may have been opened and removed from paper pouches) however all ingredients are included WITH the necessary instruction pamphlet.
