Strawberry Shortcake, the children’s cartoon character that was originally created by Barbi Sargent, a freelance artist for American Greetings. Her creation first appeared on greeting cards for the company on Valentine’s Day 1972-1973. This loveable children’s character was created into an aluminum baking pan manufactured by Wilton and is catalog #2105-4458. This vintage cake pan is new old stock and is in near-mint condition. The pan also includes the original paper insert that it would have been originally sold with as well as the original instruction booklet. The baking pan measures 13 1/2" x 12".
