Vintage 1940s or 1950s Suede Princess Coat with Leather Collar and Cuffs

Vintage '40s or '50s New Look Navy Blue Suede Princess Coat Single-Breasted Swing Coat with Suede-Covered Buttons, Gray Leather Collar and Cuffs and Silk or Satin Lining and Matching Belt Condition: Some wrinkling in the leather (pictured), a tear-line on the left side of leather collar (pictured) and some faint fading on the coat around the waist area (last picture). The fabric on the edge of the second button has frayed slightly, and it is coming loose (a thing easily mended). None of which is very noticeable. Price reflects flaws. Suede should never come in contact with any water (snow certainly included), so please wear and handle with care. Measurements: Belt: 34 1/2" or smaller (no holes) Coat -- Bust: 32" Waist: 27" Hips: Very much free. Length (shoulder to hem): 42" Shoulder to Shoulder: 16 3/4" Label: I cannot make it out, but it says it was made in Mexico. See picture. Second Note: Although the picture does not show it, the item has a full circle skirt.
