White Mary Poppins Halloween Costume worn once for our family costume! Size tag is in S(4-6) but it runs small so trust me on this. More of a XS (0-2). 4 will fit, just pretty snugly on arms as it did on me. Faint marks on the back of the costume as pictured, as well as faint makeup staining on hat “strap” that goes under chin & on top of lace of the cravat. It’s been gently hand washed & sanitized.
