bryanahart @sishee hi! Yes, sorry for the delay. When measuring from the inside of the shoe it was close to 9.75 inches

erin_hardiman When were these shoes purchased and how high is the material on back of the shoe from the point that the shoe material meets the rubber sole to the top of the back? Or it may be easier to measure the inside of the back of the shoe with the insole removed. I found that the company increased the height of the back and the newer ones rub blisters on my heels.
