My daughter wore this once last Halloween she was 10. She just tried it on she’s 11 and it still fits her so I’d say ages nine through 11 could wear it because she’s average size. It’s super cute sparkly and bright materials pretty thick and it’s a size girls small from Disney ! I like to be fully transparent, and I can see a little bit of pilling on the fabric, which I tried to take close-ups of. It’s very minimal so I would say excellent condition. There’s also two little dirt marks inside the pleats that are not noticeable at all, but I try to take close-ups in the pictures so you could see in case that bothered somebody even though I’m sure it will get day one.
