Vintage ca 1960s velvet hat with a bow on top and a black veil with black velvet polka dots. The band goes around the head and the bow serves as the top of the hat. It has an approx. 7" inside diameter as the band is 2" wide. Very good vintage condition with a couple openings to the veil that are hard to see unless you stretch the veil. From a smoke/pet free home.
