Vintage floral graphic pleated skirt

The cutest vintage midi skirt! Pleated with elastic waist. White with a super fun floral print. Made in Canada! Sad to give this one up but it no longer fits - it gets TONS of compliments! Size: tag states as 5, I would say fits XS-M comfortably due to the elastic waist and forgiving shape. Condition: excellent vintage condition! No flaws or stains but the tag is quite faded (see photos). Approximate measurements (laying flat): Waist - 13.5” (stretches to about 18.5”), length - 23.6”
