Vintage Cloche Hat + HATBOX Deluxe Velour Fur Felt Fall Winter 30s 1930s

Wear it with your Flapper look, or mix it in with your eclectic modern-day style. Simply divine black fur felt, known as Deluxe Velour, a lot like velvet. Exquisitely made. Details stand out when in hand (or on head.) Grosgrain ribbons form hat band, in black and lighter brown. Works for 20s cloche too. OH....AND CONDITION? Possibly mint as it looks barely used! For smallish heads. (couldn't show it on live model, her head is too fat). 21" around on INSIDE of hat (sweatband). This will come in a hat box that will protect it during shipment and it is shown, however it is NOT IN GOOD CONDITION!.
