Old Navy Maxi Dress size Medium

Thin strap maxi dress with gorgeous pattern. Semi floral, but not in an overpowering way. Fitted smocked top, loose after the waist. Tons of stretch, will fit multiple sizes. Adjustable straps. All measurements approximate. Top of the bustline to bottom hem 48 inches. Center of back to bottom hem 42 inches. The way I have the straps set, 51 inches from top of shoulder strap to hem. This is adjustable. The shirred top is VERY stretchy. Bust unstretched 15 inches Bust stretched 20 inches Waist unstretched 14 inches Waist stretched 19 inches. **one noted flaw. please see video. it's in the bottom hem INSIDE the dress, not visible from the outside.
