I have gently washed exterior with Dawn. Am not sure if can be cleaned any better. No cracks Batteries not included Sound works. Eyes light up. Believe the teeth are supposed to wiggle but these do not. Am not sure if a repair has been done to teeth area or if just came this way. Please see pictures The ghost is pretty hard to find.
