madelineangelb @adarian911 hi-yes, there is a touch of stretch. I'm a size 6 (40 hips) and I'm able to squeeze into it. I'll get the measurement soon!

madelineangelb @adarian911 Hi, sorry for the wait. so I tried it on today and it zips. The opening sits at the smallest part of my waist. I measure 31 inches but the skirt measures 26 in. I have no idea why it fits so well. It's not super stretchy but somehow fits? the fabric is also a little thick so it also does a good job of smoothing
