blondie6082 @hisprincess9086 yes depends on how snug you would want I updated pic with exact measurement of top and bottom my waist is 27in in middle and this fits me and has velcro wrap to tighten. If u want it to be extremely tight would probably not fit …. But if you want to work out in sleep use for sweat and shaping would be perfect for 27-30 inch waist .. it fits me im 34 27 52 I just no longer waist train and have soooo many shapers this one is like new
