Vintage, American Brilliant Period Cut Glass Nappy/Candy Dish

his was a piece of my grandmother Nelles glass collection. She was a wonderful cook and set a beautiful table. I remember candy and nuts being served in this bowl.This piece is circa 1920's it is low round bowl with handle and sawtooth shaped rim. It is a heavy piece. This is ornate hobnail and decoratively cut piece. I do not know the pattern or maker, but I assume it is most likely regional Western Pennsylvania /Ohio. Approx 6" diameter, and 7 1/2" wide including the handle. Bowl approx 1 1/2" High and 3" High to top of handle. Some very light scratches on base no visible chips or damage to body of piece. There are small chips along sawtooth edge of rim. I can feel them if I run my finger over them and can see tiny chips with magnifying glass but are not obvious. Please ask for detail photos
