Lodis black floral clutch crossbody wallet purse

Lodis black and floral leather purse. Very good condition EXCEPT there is something causing the purse to be tacky, see the videos. I’ve wiped it multiple times with a damp rag and it doesn’t seem to change. Approximately 8.5” long by 5” tall. Removable strap can turn this into a wallet or clutch
