this phone was my daughters whom just got an upgrade to the 15 so has no use for this one any longer. nothing was wrong with it just she had to "be up with the joneses" it will be factory reset and will come with a charger !!! if u have specific ?s please leave comment cause I got to ask her I'm an android girl so I absolutely know nothing about it but it works !!! and is not cracked !!We boughr it outright origionally so there's no restrictions for carriers ect
