Rare, licensed, European origin, 2008 whimsical Felix the Cat piece rocks as a strapless top or bodycon miniskirt. Such fun! Fully sequined on one side, with rhinestone encrusted FELIX lettering on the other side. Stretchy material looks like rayon with spandex, no fabric tag available Wear as a top with tiny shorts!
