Stunning brown pleated cotton short dolman sleeve peplum dress with small tulle crinoline under first layer There is no stretch, no pockets This dress is in Excellent Vintage Condition and was very well taken care of. There are some hooks added with thread to fasten. Any wear or flaws are consistent with age of the garment, and I did my absolute best to show the dress in all its beauty, inside and out. Hanger straps have been riped snagged, ect, but this is not something I'd consider since it's not shown and is only for hanging support.
