NWT Anthropologie Embroidered Mini Dress

NWT purchased, tried on but unworn (smoke-free, pet-free home) Not sure why Anthropologie calls it "mini" - I'm 5'8" and the hem comes to my knees. You can even see this in the model in pic #4. It's a very flattering A-line but runs a smidge small in the chest. I am 34B and the dress only *just* fits across my chest. Also the yellow/green thread is quite neon. It's not overwhelming because it's just little touches here and there. This is best seen in pic #3.
