White House Black Market off shoulder top, berry

Off the shoulder top featuring 3/4 length tiered sleeves and a halter tie with tassels. I like to wear it not tied around the neck, but just tied in a long bow hanging down the front. Great dark berry, wine color. Polyester/rayon. Approx 25.5 inches from shoulder. Fabrics has a nice weight to it so it hangs beautifully. Typical of WHBM quality.
