Natural keshi pearls on string. Made in Milan. ****Originally this bracelet was 6.5, I trimmed it to fit my wrist to 5.5-6.0. If you have a tiny wrist, this works great. I also took out red string in original bracelet, so it can be adjusted. Beautiful condition overall.
