This satin dress is breathtaking with its whimsical detailing. It features the incredibly beautiful art of renowned artist Iris Compiet from the official Jim Henson's Labyrinth Bestiary book from Insight Editions. This dress has a gathered waist with a basque waistline ,inset pockets, and a back zipper. The bodice is fully fused in the front and double-lined and has boning in the sides to give you proper support and structure. The shoulders are held up with a heavy elastic encased in the softest olive stretch velvet with an attached bow tie detail. The body of the dress is made of beautiful soft bridal satin. The dress gathers will have layers of tulle for added volume. This fabric has a beautiful decadent weight to it but it is still satin, so please handle it with care, as the fabric can snag on rough or abrasive surfaces. Hand wash only, cold water or spot clean.
