It's hard to see on the pic but does this jacket/vest have the back pocket? Also, is it a pretty true fit for Women's M?

@natroberts19 no pocket in the back. (the separate vest I have does).
I am between a med and large (10 to 12 usually) and this fit but with limited room. I believe it's more like an 8.
