This is a super cute floral maxi dress from Zara. This skirt is so great because it even has POCKETS on the sides! Unfortunately, the long tag on the inside was cut off so I do not know the materials. It does not stretch and feels like a cotton blend. It is tagged USA M-L. There is an elastic waist. Material has a medium weight to it. You cannot see thru it. Skirt is in nice gently worn condition. I do not see any issues asides from the one tag being removed. MEASUREMENTS while skirt is laying flat: -Across waist 13.5" unstretched to 23" stretched -Across hips 23" -Length 39.5"
