Beautiful church hat, top hat from Whittall & Shon by Ashro. Black satin tall hat covered in 3D black fabric flowers that are accented with multiple rhinestones for lots of bling. Black feather detail at front of hat along with a large faux crystal beaded design. There are a few rhinestones missing here and there, but due to the sheer number of them, it is truly not noticeable. Simply stunning! Approximate 22.5” head size.
