VTG black red velour scale top medium

Incredible black and red scale pattern velour velvet top by Hanky Panky, size medium. I believe this is vintage, early 2000s Y2K. Great fit, super flattering and sexy. Fabric has stretch. Burgundy red interior that shows through on the outside scale pattern - fish, reptilian, snake. Materials tag and measurements in pics.
