NWT Victoria’s Secret silky pants. Beautiful colors in these, feels like silk (but really it’s polyester). Elastic waist, with bright ribbon tie. Measurements in pics. Size is XS, but it does have a stretchy waistband. I actually have 2 pairs of the exact same pants.
