@dressageok shoulder to shoulder is 18 inches on the hangar, as for chest and waist, a jacket is often worn open, and there is drape. I do not feel confident giving you a super accurate measurement. I will say that this is the 4th veronica beard jacket size 16 that I've worn and it fit well and similarly to the others. I will also say at the time of purchase that I was a fairly standard size 16 US and/or XL US. this fit well for my body type. happy poshing
