Finely woven vintage hat in ivory adorned with 3 large, soft pink flowers. The inside is very clean and the grosgrain ribbon around the interior looks pristine. The outside has some light discount here and there. There is a wire in the hat’s brim so you can adjust the shape to go up or down. Fits at 22 3/8.
