Tartan zip-up studded chain heels

***** ONE OF THE SHOES HAS A DAMAGED ZIPPER**** the zipper on one heel can be zipped up- but opens on the other end. They came brand new out of the box with the zipper like this and I don’t know how to fix. They are mahbe 4-5” high platform heel
