Boys gray and burgundy reversible vest

This is a nice warm puffer vest that is reversible. My son wore this often abd loved it but it has no tags, I guess since it's reversible, but it measures 18 armpit to armpit and 20 shoulder to hem. I'm guessing a medium??? Please check measurements. Great shape!
