There are no stains on the coat. There are no tears noted. It has been worn there are signs of wear. You could put this coat on today and wear it without issue but there are signs of wear. It is machine wash even though it is genuine leather outside the instructions say machine wash. If I were purchasing the coat I would probably wash it I did not wash it as the seller.
