Adorable smocked dress with blue, white & (very thin) black stripes. Unlined with side pockets. No buttons or zippers. Short puff sleeves have elastic at end and elastic around square neckline. Slit in front on left side shows a little bit of leg. Material is 100% cotton. Machine wash. Only worn once, excellent condition.
