@kellblue Hi! These measure 14” across the waist un-stretched. The inseam is 19” and the length from the outside of the waist to the bottom of the leg is 32”

@kellblue There is no fabric content tag, but I would guess these to be cotton. They are definitely soft not crisp and have a great drape though, so possibly silk or a blend.

@emayak Hi! Fully stretched, the waist measures 28” across. The elastic is very stretchy and not “firm”.
