This is an amazing hooded sweatshirt style maxi dress from Victoria’s Secret!! It is a very lightly worn french terry fabric with a deep scoop neckline and traditional hoodie pouch pocket. This has a hoodie that drapes down the back and has shoelace style tie. The raglan sleeves and hem are raw edge and there are side slits for about 18” from the hem.
