That’s pretty skirt is meant to say hi on your waist it has a wide waistband with a smaller belt loop arrangement to accentuate your waist. Below that the skirt descends and knife pleats in a share polyester chiffon to the ham. The entire skirt is not sure though it is lined. In excellent condition.
