Vintage 1950s PAT PREMO California Black and White Dress

Gorgeous vintage black and white fit and flare dress with back zipper and belt. Fabric and size tag missing but appears to be pique cotton in a waffle weave type pattern. Estimate to be a size extra small or small. Bust measurement flat is 15”. Waist measurement flat is 12”. Length from shoulder to hem is about 39”. There are some brown stains on a portion of the white fabric as seen in the photos.
