Vintage Three Flaggs Fitted Jacket With Velvet Collar

Equestrian style, fitted tuxedo jacket with velvet collar and oversized lapels; velvet trimmed pockets and gorgeous buttons! Single button closure, and two buttons on each sleeve. I don't see a size in it, but I'm guessing it's an XS. Armpit to armpit 15" Waist side to side 14" Shoulder to shoulder 15" Length from shoulder 26" Sleeves 23" Excellent pre-owned condition, especially for its age! I think it is possibly 70s....
